The Texican Court has notified us that they had severe website issues during the TFW 2023 launch that happened on September 9th. As a result of this website issue, they have been forced to cancel several reservations that were overbooked.
We have created this private page only for those that received a cancellation notice from the Texican Court. This link is exclusive to you for 24 hours advance access to all of our hotels that currently have reservations available. We will not share this link with the public until approximately noon on Friday September 16th. Please do not share this link!
We sincerely apologize for the trouble that this may have caused. All of our properties prepared as much as they could for the inevitable onslaught that was ahead. However, it seems that no amount of preparation is enough when we have dedicated fans like you! Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please note that reservations are first come, first served. Historically, reservations at our official hotels sell out very quickly. Also, reservations can not be held during checkout. This means that it is possible that rooms can sell out while you are completing checkout. This is out of the control of both Texas Frightmare Weekend LLC and the hotel that you are attempting to book with.
Now that our group is inside a convention center, there is no longer a “main” hotel. All convention activities that took place inside the hotel at past events will now happen inside the Irving Convention Center. Our themed Friday night party (including the costume contest) and the Scaryoke Party will also take place inside the Irving Convention Center!
