Exhibitors must upload their own Certificate of Insurance below. If you do not have your own insurance, you must buy a policy here:

Deadline to submit your COI is May 3, 2024 at midnight CST. All vendors MUST supply their COI by this date or they will not be allowed to load in at the convention.

If you are asked if you have additional insured, please answer YES and include the following:

Texas Frightmare Weekend LLC, ASM Global, Irving Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, and the City of Irving including its officers, officials, employees, Boards and Commissions and volunteers are included as Additional Insured as respects General Liability as required by written contract. Waiver of Subrogation applies as respects General & Employers Liability as required by written contract.
