Important Reservation Policies:

-45-Day Cancellation Policy: All hotels require cancellations at least 45 days before arrival to avoid penalties. Cancellations within 45 days will incur a charge of one night’s room rate plus tax.
-No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive will be charged the full reservation amount.
-Non-Refundable Payments: Any non-refundable deposits or prepayments will not be returned.

45 Day Cancellation Policy
GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS – All reservations must be guaranteed by each individual with a credit card or advanced payment. Guaranteed reservations are held without occupancy for one night only. To avoid cancellation charges, reservations must be cancelled by 11:59 PM 45 days prior to arrival or by Monday, March 17, 2025.
TEXICAN COURT
Texican Court is located in the heart of Las Colinas, TX across from the Convention Center and The Music Factory. 45-Day Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalties. Reservations made within 45 days of the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s room and tax. In the event of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
Please note that any non-refundable deposits or prepayments will not be returned. We recommend confirming all travel arrangements prior to this period to avoid any unnecessary fees.

Please call 833.839.4226 at 1pm central time on October 19th. Do not call for reservations before this time! Mention you are wanting to book under the Texas Frightmare Weekend 2026 Group Rate. Please note that wait and hold times will be extended due to the large influx of calls.
Charges and Cancellation Policy
A one-night room and tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will result in charges for all nights cancelled. The applicable charges will be processed at the time of the cancellation request. No modifications are allowed within the 45-day cancellation window. Guests are responsible for the full room rate agreed upon at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation will be charged at check-in.
