Links to make reservations at the three main hotels will be posted on 10/03/2025 at 1:00pm on the HOTELS page of our website except for the Texican (which will be phone reservations only and will require a one night’s stay deposit at time of booking). All hotels will have a 45 day cancellation policy. Please do not make reservations at multiple hotels.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS – All reservations must be guaranteed by each individual with a credit card or advanced payment. Guaranteed reservations are held without occupancy for one night only. To avoid cancellation charges, reservations must be cancelled by 11:59 PM 45 days prior to arrival or by Monday, March 17, 2025.

Charges and Cancellation Policy
A one-night room and tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will result in charges for all nights cancelled. The applicable charges will be processed at the time of the cancellation request. No modifications are allowed within the 45-day cancellation window. Guests are responsible for the full room rate agreed upon at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation will be charged at check-in.
