• Sept 28- Oct 9, 2026 DEADLINE – Hotel reservations will open for vendors only. All reservations must be made by midnight central time on October 9th.
• October 9, 2026 DEADLINE – Payment due for vendor space. All payments must be received by midnight central time on October 9th.

8′ x 8′ spaces are $725 each and 10′ x 10′ spaces are $925 each. Complete details will be available in the application.
