Please pay very close attention to the deadlines below. Make sure that our email address is marked safe in your email provider.

Unfortunately, these deadlines will come quickly. We will not have time to personally notify each applicant.

Applicants must meet deadlines below or they will forfeit the chance to purchase booth space or make hotel reservations. 

August 8, 2024 – Vendor applications open

September 6, 2024 – DEADLINE – Vendor applications close. All applications must be received by September 6th at midnight to be considered.

September 20, 2024 – All vendors will have been informed of selection or denial by or on this date.

September 20 – Sept 30, 2024 DEADLINE – Hotel reservations will open for vendors only. All reservations must be made by midnight central time on September 30th.

September Sept 30, 2024 DEADLINE – Payment due for vendor space. All payments must be received by midnight central time on September 30th.

8′ x 8′ spaces are $725 each and 10′ x 10′ spaces are $925 each. Complete details will be available in the application.
